When will my order arrive?

Packages are dispatched Monday-Friday by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery. We aim to ship your item on the next business day. Orders made on the weekend/public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. You will receive your tracking details via email.

Why does my product packaging look different?

Product manufacturers may go through rebranding or decide to change their labels or bottles/containers. We will keep you informed when this happens.

Why has the colour or consistency of my product changed?

The majority of the ingredients in the products we stock are natural therefore the colour and consistency may vary as batches are produced.

The product I bought does not seem to be working for my hair. What should I do?

We cannot guarantee how a product will perform as every hair type is different. We do advise that you trial new products on freshly washed hair or on hair that has been clarified with a clarifying shampoo. It is also important to follow the directions for use on the product label. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund used/opened products for health, safety and hygiene reasons.

Are the products you sell safe for children and pregnant women?

Care and caution should be taken when using any product on the hair and body. It is advised that essential oils should not be used on young children and pregnant women. It is also important that a patch test is completed before the use on any product. Finally please carefully read product ingredients, directions and cautions before the use of any product.

Will I react to any of the products?

Please ensure you carry out a patch test before the use of any product for the first time. If there are any ingredients you are allergic please avoid it.

The ingredients label seems to have changed. What is the reason for this?

At times the manufacturers decide to change their formulations. We will do all we can to ensure we have the correct ingredient information listed but please note changes to formulations are at the manufacturers discretion.

A product I want is not available. Will you be stocking it?
