Returns/Refund Policy

The Curl Base is committed to providing you with high-quality products but we understand there may be a time, when you need to return something you've bought.

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, however if you decide it isn’t right for you, you can return unwanted items up to 14 days after delivery.

Please make sure that you check your order upon receipt. If there are any errors or problems with your order report them to us immediately.


The Returns Process

The following will be needed for any returns:

If you would like to return any unwanted items, please contact us with the information below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). This number will help us to track your returns and without it we will not be able to process your returns.

Please ensure that the items are unused and in their original condition (including all packaging, seals and tags intact).

Any product which has a security seal which you have opened or unsealed.

Any product which for hygiene purposes, cannot be returned which includes opened and used hair products, hairbrushes, combs and hair accessories.

Returned goods will only be accepted when a returns number has been given.

  • The product must be returned to us within 14 days after delivery.
  • The products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition.
  • You will be liable for the postage costs of any returns
  • To ensure that the product arrives to us safely, we strongly recommend that you return the product to us by recorded post and retain the proof of postage.


Damaged Products

In the unlikely even that your product is damaged upon delivery, please make sure that you take some pictures showing the damage to the item and packaging and contact us immediately.

We will be happy to refund or exchange any damaged or defective items you receive. We will also reimburse the postage cost (up to £3.99) to return your item. Please make sure that the item is securely packaged and obtain a proof of postage.  We strongly recommend that you return the product to us by recorded post.

Please note that if you ordered several items in your order your delivery charge might still apply.

Returned damaged items should be received no longer than 14 days after your RMA has been issued
