Current Dispatch and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Royal Mail UK Tracked 24® (1 working day)
  • Royal Mail UK Tracked 48®  (2 working days) 
  • Royal Mail UK Standard Tracked (3-5 working days)
  • Parcel Force International and Royal Mail International Delivery (Up to 10 working days) for delivery to the EU
  • DHL International for the Rest of the World (3-4 business days)

International Customs, Duties & Tax Fees

  • Unfortunately, The Curl Base does NOT cover  any customs, tax or duty fees that may be imposed on international deliveries.  Please contact your local customs office for further details in regards to this.


Please note the delivery time does not include our processing time. Please also bare in mind that the on-going Covid-19 pandemic is affecting delivery times in some locations due to staff shortages.

We are currently offering an order dispatch time of 1 working day for orders placed between Monday to Friday (up until 2pm). As we do not despatch at the weekend delays can occur on a Monday when we have high volumes of orders so may need a little extra time to get your order to you.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email confirming your order and tracking number.

Orders placed will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours unless advised otherwise. No orders are picked up over the weekend or on public holidays.


Can I change my delivery address?

If you have already placed an order with us and need to change the address for delivery, please do this within 24 hours of placing the order. You can do this by contacting us at In some instances your parcel may already be dispatched so we advise you contact us immediately if you realise to need to change the address.

I was not home when my package was delivered

Your package will be taken to the local post office for redelivery. If you do not collect or arrange redelivery within 2 weeks of the delivery attempt the parcel will be returned to us and your order will be refunded minus the shipping cost. 

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and sent back

We can cancel your order and process a refund minus the shipping cost. If you want to keep your order we or arrange a re-delivery once shipping has been paid

 I haven’t received my order

Please accept our apologies for the delay in receiving your order. Email so we can further investigate. This needs to be done within 10 days of your order dispatch date.

I have received notification that my order has been delivered but I have not received it

If you receive a "delivered" notification but you have not received your order please follow this up with the courier.  We cannot be held accountable for packages which have a tracking status of "delivered" as this is now in the couriers care. If there are any issues please let us know so we can assist you. In an event a package goes missing a full investigation will be carried out by the delivery company and the final outcome of this will determine a refund or  resending of any items.
